Intelligere Synchronous Collaboration System (SCS), is a remote collaboration tool born out of the growing need to allow easier and faster online communication.
Web communication is expanding rapidly, and today’s market, with faster connection speeds, offers a variety of new and exciting tools.
The system we have developed is none other than a web platform that incorporates many of the existing technologies, with the aim of making web communications simple, fast and cheaper. SCS incorporates in one platform:
The system is run on xml data and on two alternative streaming servers: Adobe Flash Media Server (proprietary) and Red5 (open source). The choice of xml was determined by the fact that an open source system, to be easily integrated with existing platforms, cannot force the user towards any specific server side technology.
Intelligere SCS may be used as virtual classroom or as a online collaboration tool or as web conference system or as a training software etc. it's easy to maintain because it's open source and web based.
We have activated 4 demo accounts running on our server with Red Five for you to test the application.
The first screen of Intelligere SCS shows two boxes, the first is to login as a registered user, the second to login as a guest (anonymous). To login as a registered user you have to insert user-name and password; to login as a guest you only have to enter a nickname.
The guest has to wait the authorization of the speaker to complete the login process; the speaker sees the user's nickname asking to login in the user list box, and can activate the guest with a click on the icon next to the nickname.
If you are not admitted as an Admin user it means that the application is used from another adminitrator so please use the next link in the list.
